Eksingedalen is located in the municipality of Vaksdal, about 10 mil north of Bergen. From Bergen you can get to us by Dale, E16 - fv569, or via Knarvik and Mo, E39 - fv569. From Voss, you can come by E16, take right at Evanger, and follow signs to Eksingedalen, 313-344. Eksingedalen is approx 4,5 norwegian miles long. River Ekso flows along the valley, and comes out in Eidsfjord by Eidslandet. The valley lies at the foot of Stølsheimen, a popular mountain area where the Bergen Rambler Association has several cabins.
